Tenets of Faith

• The Bible is the Word of God to man and is the only source and final authority of the Christian doctrine.
• There is only one God, our Father – The Creator of the universe. One mediator and Savior- the Lord Jesus Christ. And one Teacher, Counselor and Comforter- the Holy Spirit.
• Man was created by God in His own image but man sinned and was separated from God whose wrath then fell upon man. God however promised salvation through the seed of a woman-Jesus Christ, who is to be a sinless and perfect sacrifice for every sinner.
• Man can be saved and be reconciled to God only through faith in the Lord Jesus Christ who died for our sins but rose from the dead and ascended into heaven. He is now seated at the right hand of God to continue to intercede for us as our High Priest.
• Every Christian should be baptized in water as a sign of identifying with the death of Jesus, His resurrection and ascension.
• Baptism in the Holy Spirit is another experience which enables Christians to be more spiritually aware of the guidance of the Holy Spirit for a victorious holy life, dedicated to the service of the Lord, and shall give praise and worship to his maker in words, thoughts and deeds at all times.
• The operation of the gifts of the Holy Spirit is given for an overcoming life and the fruits of the Spirit are evidence of a believer’s ongoing maturity.
• The ministry of the Apostles, Prophets, Evangelists, Pastors and Teachers in our times was given for the equipping of the believers, to mature them for service and to bring about unity in the Body of Christ.
• Jesus will come again for a perfect, spotless bride- His church, and He will judge the world.
• There are two resurrections: the resurrection of the just (saints) unto eternal life with God and the resurrection of the unjust (sinners) unto eternal damnation in the lake of fire.
• Believers shall reign with Christ for a thousand years on this earth and evil will be subdued and Satan is bound.
• A new heaven and a new earth to come – which is eternity.

Modus Operandi

The Christ Centered Fellowship is a non-sectarian, non-denominational body. It is autonomous i.e self-governing, self-supporting and self-propagating. It can relate freely to any bible believing and Christ upholding religious groups.

The fellowship is administered by a team of elders and deacons. The elders minister on the word of God (preaching and teaching) and administers on the spiritual matters. The deacons administer on material, financial and legal needs of the fellowship.

The finances and support comes from the tithes, love gifts and freewill offerings of its members and adherents. The fellowship can receive gifts and supports from the outside provided the fellowship is not entangled to compromise its Christian and biblical stand. Thus, the fellowship trusts its existence from God’s source of supply-the unseen treasury.

There is a regular teaching, fellowship and prayer meetings to ensure the establishment of true Christian belief and way of life of the members. A special seminar of short-term discipleship training is sponsored for the equipping of the saints for the work of the service to the building up of the body of Christ; until we all attain to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God to a mature man, to the measure of the stature which belongs to the fullness of Christ.
